Rhodes provides a variety of support networks – Student, Trainer, Technical and Career Support.
On hand at all times to assist you with any student administration related enquiry, our student services team can be
contacted in person at the Student Support area between 9 & 5, via the portal, or by email or phone.
Your trainer is available at every stage of the course to provide you with advice and assistance, including in-class. To get in contact with
your trainer for any course related query, simply log into the portal and contact them by live chat, arrange a video
conference, or give them a call.
Please note that you can access support from your trainer at regular workshops and that there are also designated times
outside of business hours during which you can contact your trainer
Rhodes has a technical support team on hand to assist students with technical related queries and problems, for instance,
portal features and functionality, password reset requests, and other technical enquiries. You can contact them by phone
during business hours or obtain a support ticket through the portal.

Yes. If you have studied or worked in the past and believe that you may be eligible, indicate this on the enrolment application form or give our student services team a call. Please bear in mind that you need to apply and show evidence of prior learning, like previous results and transcripts, for instance, and also understand that credits may not be awarded if satisfactory evidence can’t be provided.
A remote demonstration is basically a quick tour of the portal features conducted over the phone and utilising screen-sharing technology. A member of our student services team will conduct the remote demonstration, help you get started and answer your questions.
As it’s a great way to get started on your studies and will cover the information listed below, it’s highly recommended that you sign up for a demonstration at a time that’s convenient for you.

Our workshops enable you to meet your trainer and fellow students and learn more about the subjects you’re enrolled in. Motivational, stimulating and very rewarding, our workshops enable you to meet like-minded people among your study peers and expand your contact network.
Since all Rhodes’ courses have been designed with flexibility in mind, and there are recommended due dates to help you keep on track with your target course completion date.
Don’t forget that your trainer is on hand to assist you with all of your assignments, and please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately if you feel you’re unable to complete your Certificate or Diploma within the specified time requirements.
All assignments are marked competent or not-yet-competent and returned within 2 weeks of submission complete with feedback from the trainer.
Everything you need for your course has been made available online so you needn’t wait for study materials to arrive in the post. However, if you prefer to access your study materials in printed form, you can always access them online via the learning portal and print them yourself at home or work.
Along with classes and the online forum, which is a great way to chat and interact with your fellow students, motivate and help each other, Rhodes also runs free workshops for all students. These workshops represent a fantastic opportunity to meet other students and your trainer face-to-face.
Upon enrolment, all students will be sent login details and a password to Rhodes’s online learning portal by email. This enables you to get started immediately by accessing all your course materials and contacting your trainer.
