Rhodes Business School graduates another class of Lord Mayor’s Multicultural Business Scholarship Graduates
Selected for the second year running, Rhodes Business School is proud to announce the latest cohort of scholarship recipients have graduated our award-winning Diploma of Leadership diversity course. Across the 6 month intensive programme, students had the opportunity to learn how to conduct strategic planning for diverse learning practices, integrate diverse cultures into culture and planning, and how to influence organisations towards greater diversity.
Lead by acclaimed Dr Rudi Tartaglia, the programme generated rave reviews from participants, each from diverse fields including law, manufacturing, mining and care – each highlighting the value the course content and intrinsic learnings will impact their leadership and performance
“You can see in the exit interviews just how engaged our scholarship winners are – they’re extrapolating the things we’ve been discussing and developing truly cutting-edge strategy; it’s going to have a profound impact on their workplaces, company performance, and team productivity; it’s really fantastic to watch unfold.
